Kongre

Kongre dünyamızın içerisinde bulunduğu pandemi (COVID 19) nedeniyle ilan edilen kriterler doğrultusunda düzenlenecektir. Tüm katılımcılar kongre komitesinin almış olduğu önlemlere ve uyarılara uymak zorundadırlar.

Kongre, öncelik hakkı bildiri/konser/performans/sergi sahiplerinde olmak üzere katılmak ve izlemek isteyen herkese açıktır. Özet gönderimi, katılım ücretleri, bildiri yayın vb. konularda detaylı bilgilere ilgili bölümlerden ulaşılabilir.

Bildiri özetinin “Kongre Özet Kitabında” ve tam metninin ISBN numaralı “9. Uluslararası Müzik ve Dans Kongresi Bildiriler Kitabında” yayınlanabilmesi için kongre kayıt işlemlerinin tamamlanmış, kongrede sunulmuş ve bildirinin hakem değerlendirmesinden geçmiş olması gerekmektedir.

Kongrede sunulan bildiriler için tüm yazar/yazarlara “Sunum Belgesi” verilecektir. Sunumu yapanın bildiri yazarlarından biri olması zorunludur. Kongreye katılan ve sunum yapmayan katılımcılara talep edilmesi halinde “Katılım Belgesi” verilecektir.

Kongrede konser/performans/workshop sergilemek isteyenler “Konser/Performans” bölümündeki istenilen şartları yerine getirmelidirler. Sanat Kurulunun değerlendirmesi sonucunda genel veya alanlara göre “Konser/Performans Ödülü” verilecektir.

Kongrede sergi düzenlemek isteyenler “Sergi” bölümündeki istenilen şartları yerine getirmelidirler. Sanat Kurulunun değerlendirmesi sonucunda genel veya alanlara göre “Sergi Ödülü” verilecektir.
